Every project is different, and so is every client’s appetite for hands-on involvement. We offer three ways to work together. You can start with one and shift to another as the project takes shape.
Design Only
We develop the complete design plan (space planning, finishes, fixtures, and millwork specifications) and hand off construction-ready drawings for your own contractor or crew to build.
Clients with a trusted contractor already in place
Owner-Assist (Design + Build Oversight)
We design the project and stay involved through construction (coordinating with your contractor, managing selections, and troubleshooting) without taking on full general contractor responsibility.
Clients who want our eyes on the details without us running the job site
Full Design + Build
We design and build the project end to end — managing trades, budget, and schedule as your single point of accountability from first sketch to final reveal.
Clients who want one team, one relationship, start to finish
